Ammad is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience across financial advisory, capital markets, and regulatory compliance. He began his career at KPMG in London, where he built a strong technical foundation in audit, financial reporting, and financial analysis under IFRS and UK GAAP frameworks.
He has since developed deep expertise in financial modelling, business valuation, and transaction structuring, with particular experience in sell-side private placements and PIPE transactions. Ammad has advised on a range of strategic transactions, supporting capital raises and working closely with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
His experience includes leading FCA-regulated audits, overseeing financial reporting processes, and supporting corporate finance initiatives for clients spanning both the UK and UAE. He has worked with organisations across diverse sectors, providing commercial insight alongside technical accounting expertise.
Now based in Dubai, Ammad leads the UAE office, where he is responsible for driving regional strategy, managing client relationships, and executing cross-border transactions. His role combines leadership, regulatory oversight, and transaction execution, contributing to the firm’s continued growth in the region. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI, UK) and a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW, UK).
